mindfullivingpodcastIf you are looking for a convenient way to escape crappy mainstream radio, meditate, calm down, relax your mind, self-reflect, learn and all the while be entertained, I will ALWAYS recommend listening to podcasts. Right now, I am subscribed to almost 100 podcasts and I absolutely love them all. It is probably one of my personal healthiest and most productive pastimes. Podcasts help me to not only develop better coping skills with life and my mental illnesses, but to also find my center, to find my inner peace and to maintain them until it becomes second nature in my life.
